What USS/VVS does

USS/VVS is a multi-tenant seller-workflow SaaS that helps prepare draft listings, vehicle and parts records, pricing and shipping information, marketplace handoffs, and related seller operations.

Information processed

Depending on the workflow, USS/VVS may process account and business profile information, listing and inventory details, VIN or vehicle/equipment information, photos and identifiers, pricing and shipping inputs, marketplace connection data, and technical records needed to secure and operate the service.

How information is used

Information is used to provide the seller workspace, prepare and save drafts, research or enrich listing data, maintain account and tenant boundaries, connect seller-selected channels, troubleshoot service operation, and protect the system against unauthorized access or publication.

Sharing

USS/VVS does not publish seller listings merely because a draft was generated. Information may be sent to seller-selected marketplaces, service providers, or data sources only as needed to perform the requested workflow or operate the service. Seller publication remains controlled by the applicable review and channel flow.

Private system data

Internal source maps, provider credentials, tenant secrets, security rules, pricing and weight source files, and other protected implementation materials are not customer-facing data and are not distributed as part of normal seller output.

Retention and control

USS/VVS may retain account, draft, inventory, evidence, and operational records needed to provide the service, preserve seller work, and meet security or legal obligations. Sellers should use available account and connected-channel controls for corrections, exports, publication decisions, and deletion requests.

Security

USS/VVS uses tenant authentication, protected service boundaries, draft-first controls, and restricted access to sensitive runtime material. No security system can guarantee absolute protection.

Changes

This policy may be updated as the service, marketplace connections, and legal requirements change. Material revisions will be reflected by the effective date shown above.
