Universal Seller System (USS) / VVS1 Elite

Service

USS/VVS provides software-assisted seller workflows for inventory intake, listing preparation, research, pricing and shipping support, saved drafts, and seller-selected marketplace handoffs.

Seller responsibility

The seller remains responsible for the accuracy, legality, condition, ownership, pricing, shipping, fitment, taxes, marketplace compliance, and final publication of items offered for sale. Generated or researched values must be reviewed when the service marks them uncertain, incomplete, or review-held.

Draft-first operation

Generated listings and enrichment results are drafts unless the applicable seller-controlled publication workflow expressly advances them. USS/VVS may prevent release when required evidence, validation, authentication, or channel requirements are incomplete.

Connected services

Marketplace, payment, research, shipping, and other third-party services are governed by their own terms and availability. USS/VVS does not guarantee that a third-party channel will accept, rank, sell, ship, or pay for a listing.

Acceptable use

Do not use USS/VVS to sell unlawful goods, misrepresent inventory, bypass marketplace rules, interfere with tenant boundaries or security controls, scrape protected system logic, or obtain credentials or data you are not authorized to access.

Protected system materials

USS/VVS pricing logic, templates, internal labels, protected source maps, security rules, and proprietary implementation materials remain private. Redistribution, sublicensing, scraping, or creation of derivative systems from protected internal materials is prohibited except where separately authorized in writing.

Availability and changes

The service may be updated, repaired, limited, or temporarily unavailable. Features, channel support, and plan limits may change as the product develops. Saved seller work and publication controls should be preserved where practicable during updates.
